Project description

This project was part of Northeastern’s Business Process Engineering class done by myself and 3 other students. Vacctitan was created to transport vaccines to healthcare clinics across the world more efficiently and effectively.  The Shribox was designed to constantly monitor and track all vaccines during transportation with real-time communication with its mobile app.

In our research we discovered there is a huge issues with transporting vaccines across the globe. With extensive strategic planning and best business process engineering techniques, we created a well thought out logic model canvas. We have identified critical success factors and key performance indicators to determine what we need to be successful and how to measure it.
