FanTazTech is a service platform that connects users with skilled technicians in a fast and easy way to fix their everyday technical problems. Built with Sketch and Illustrator, it has the responsive capabilities to be used on any device, from desktop to mobile.
Strategic business planning and extensive user research helped us understand both user needs and goals as well as business needs and goals. A well thought out journey flow and wireframing was all done through collaborative white board sessions and hand sketching with stakeholders and fellow team members.
Digital wireframes were then design in Sketch and synched with InVisionApp to conduct usability testing.
Once all feedback adjusted were made from our findings, each wireframes was annotated for developers to fully understand the functionality and navigation for each feature.
